"Sofia Estates": 10 years of history

SOFIA ESTATES Ltd. is operating as a construction investin company since 1994. The company's activities develop in two main spheres.

• Self-financed investments in residential and inductrial facilities construction.
• Project management and supervision services for the clients of the company.

Until present 8 investment projects were financed and realised by the company: residential buildings comprising: 163 apartments, 123 garages, 13 shops and 20 offices. At present one more project based on own investments is finalized- a residential and administrative building, Elisaveta Bagryana St., Geo Milev residential area, Sofia, Bulgaria with built-up area of 4500 sq.m.

Since the beginning of the year 2003 the company is involved in the management of construction projects on behalf of private investors- our clients. As a project manager we have successfully accomplished four projects:

• A residential building in Pleven, Bulgaria, built-up area of 2400 sq.m., investment provision- 1 200 000 EUR. Investor MONI MSD Ltd.
• A public catering building in Pleven, Bulgaria, 770 sq.m. in total, comprising three restaurants, investment totaling to 440 000 EUR. Investor HRANINVEST Ltd.
• Sports center- "Tennis Club Maleevi" in Sofia, 6500 sq.m. 6 open-air tennis courts. Investment amount- 1,800,000 EUR
• Textile mills "Navy Fashion" in Pleven, Bulgaria. 4,400 sq.m. in total. Investment totaling to 1,450,000 EUR. Investor- "Navigare Manifactura Riese", Italy.
• Liubata 5– residential building with shops and garages, 2 800 sq.m. in total, investor: Bultechstroi OOD.

Accomplished own investment projects

Residential building 6, 440 str., Vitosha district, Sofia, Bulgaria The building comprises 1 office, 12 apartment flats, 3 penthouses and 15 garages. Total built-up are- 2500 m2. In use since November 1997.
Residential building 8 E.Nencheva str., Vitosha district, Sofia, Bulgaria The building comprises 1 office, 19 apartment flats, 1penthouse, 20 garages. Total built-up are- 3000 m2. In use since May 1998.
Residential building 28-30 N.Kopernik str., Geo Milev district, Sofia, Bulgaria The building comprises 3 shops, 3 offices, 25 apartment flats, 22 garages. Total built-up are- 4000 m2. In use since 1999.
Private vacations house near Panagyurishte, 80 km away from Sofia, Bulgaria Reconstruction accomplished in July 1998.
Reconstruction of the Roumanian orthodox church- a cultural heritage object, Tzar Boris I and Pirotska str., Sofia, Bulgaria Reconstruction accomplished in January 1999.
Residential building 10 E.Nencheva str., Vitosha district, Sofia, Bulgaria The building is equipped with heating system based on ovens of the Norway type, plastic piping system, noiseless elevator, vast surrounding area with european-style landscape design and is connected to the city telephone network.
